You got a delivery on Sunday? We don't get any deliveries on Sunday and only by the post office on Saturday.

So the bagels I ordered (03/06) weren't shipped until Thursday and are now sitting in the UPS depot, where they've been since Friday. The last time this happened (5 days in transport), they arrrived moldy, because they have no preservatives.

I've been ordering Just Bagels for several years now and only had this happen once before. They're supposed to only ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid this happening, and to ship "2 Day, Perishable Food", but they've been shipped regular ground. Apparently, neither QVC nor Just Bagels specified "2 Day".

I'll get a refund, if they arrive moldy again, but I'd rather have my bagels!

On the flip side, the new Tracfones I ordered on 03/.07 are due to be delivered tomorrow, from Texas to New England. Super fast shipping.

Glad at least that your package arrived promptly.

Just the opposite for me. I wish qvc would stop doing that mail innovations, it is such s screw up in the mailing system. It sits in local post office waiting to be accepted from ups to usps, and the goes around the block only to come back to original post office and them out to be delivered. Waiting 7 days for post office to accept, annoying

@willomenia - I know what you mean about Innovations. Most of the time, UPS goes right past my house, transfers the package to the post office 5 miles away and there it sits for at least another day.

I've even asked if I could just drive over and pick it up - nope, not allowed.

The only reason I'm getting my phones tomorrow is because they're already delivering the bagels that are delayed, so they'll do them together. 😒

I totally agree about Mail Innovations. I had ordered two rings - one gold and one silver. The tracking says they shipped Feb 25, 2023. The package was delivered to Knoxville USPS (I live right next to Knoxville) then went to Butner NC, to Florence SC, back to Butner, departed a UPS facility in Butner 2/27, to Smryna TN which lists,on March 1, a departurre scan enroute to USPS. On March 3 they listed that the package may be delayed and that they are adjusting the delivery plans as quickly as possible. It's now March 17th and no package and no updates. Mail Innovations is the worst. If QVC continues to use them I will not order any more. It's too frustrating. QVC did issue me a refund for the gold ring because it was sold out and sent me the silver one which arrived the next day. I'm grateful for that but customers should be able to get their packages within a reasonable amount of time. Also, with the complaints about MI I'm surprised they sitll use the service, if you can even call it a service.

This very same thing happened to me on my last Cheryl's Cookies order. The cookies sat for one entire day being transferred from UPS to USPS.

One day makes a huge difference on baked goods.

I'm glad some of you are receiving your orders promptly. I ordered a handbag on 3/11 and today (a week later) it's still in "Preparing Your Order" status. Original delivery was quoted for tomorrow 3/20. Unless the tracking system is way off there's no way I'll see this order anytime soon. THIS is why I rarely order from QVC anymore. Am I somewhat spoiled by Amazon- yes! BUT, for an item to sit for a week is just not acceptable to me, Customer Service can't help as they have no control. I would have been more than happy to pay extra for "expedited" delivery (meaning it would actually ship), and QVC should offer that option. Very frustrating

@HandbagHoarder - I thought QVC did offer faster (expedited) shipping for a higher shipping fee.

Do you mean they've done away with that? I never use it, but I thought I saw the option on my previous orders.

ETA: Sometimes the tracking info on QVC's website isn't updated as quickly as on UPS or USPS. I always check the tracking on those sites, just in case.

There were no other delivery options on this item. Today the status now shows BACKORDER UGHHHHH. Honestly- it seems like on every rare occasion I order something I really want this happens. So frustrating.............................
