FREE SHIPPING on 2/17

Dear Mods,  Please check my order on Women with Control Capris sets.  I placed all orders on 2/17 Free Shipping.  I just cancelled 2 sets today.  The sets were still in order process.  Clearly sold out.  Today 2 shipped.  Total order should be $99.12.  I checked and the order states $113.16.  Order ending 4671 item A275987.  Can you please check and email me.  My husbands home and retired.  Thank you so much.
