Last month I received a WEN product from 2016.
Today I received container that wasn't packed right.
Just some brown paper over it.
The container leaked and it was a mess.
I am not paying $6.95 to return it.
Why is that??? We don't pay that much most of the time if we have to ship it???
I am sick of the declining standards which keep getting worse.
My money spends other places and it's time to close my account.
QVC is now to big and doesn't care or remember the people that made them that way.

You don't have to pay for returns that were received damaged. Contact CS to let them know.

I just recieved a large Supermile pre-rinse that leaked before I even opened the box. CS issued a refund and I did not have to send back the damaged goods.

Even low priced Walmart's shipping dept knows to tape lids to the bottles and insert them in a sealed plastic bag. Depending on the size, some are also wrapped with bubble wrap. They even use strong, sturdy boxes.

It's not just Q. I was reading Amazon reviews of a brush dryer. People reported getting their items with hair in the brush. So others send out used products too. Niver right but I guess they get enough product to slip by that it is worth the effort.
