For an order to arrive. When chatting with customer service they say they are aware of a delay but cannot give a firm ship date. Meanwhile....I've been charged for the items. I can't cancel or get a credit. Mind you the same item can be ordered elsewhere and received next day. I am very, very unhappy.

I believe QVC doesn't charge you until the item ships.

my suggestion- order the item from where you can receive it the next day and when the QVC item arrives- refuse it or simply send it back requesting a refund

I recently had a shipment that hadn't arrived and called to check on it and the lady refunded me immediately no questions asked

I only order from QVC if I don't care when it arrives. It is that simple I have given up. And I'm ready to give up auto delivery.
I'm supposed to be getting an item every three months, my last delivery will be over a month late and it will come only 3 weeke before my next delivery.
I can't I can't even get customer service to acknowledge that the item has been delayed even though I provide all of the information and dates etc. The last CS rep told me that once items ship, delays can happen and extend delivery times and I said not for frozen food.

can you ask your CC company for assistance order placed, no response with timely delivery from seller etc

@Dlb63 QVC never charges for the item until the item actually ships. As with most online merchants, they do put a temporary hold on funds when the order is first placed but the CC company releases that hold after a few days.

Yes, I already paid as the product shipped and that is my experience that the Q does not charge my card until item actually ships. The order was not arriving and I contacted the Q and before I could say anything else the lady said let me refund your card and she did immediately. My experience is different with every agent
