Extended return policy dates regarding date ordered

Last year I placed an order during Christmas in July that had the extended return policy for January 31st, 2016. I returned several orders before the deadline, only to have 4 of the orders sent back to me with the reason being that I was outside of the return policy guidelines of 30 days, which I wasn't.  Again,  When I ordered it stated that I had until January 31, 2016. By the way, the items in Question were the gift bags. 

 

I would greatly appreciate it if somebody could provide me with "ALL" of the order dates that offered the Extended Return Policy for this year so there is no confusion on my part.  I know that QVC was very generous this year in offering this on and off the entire month of July and it was also offered starting towards the end of September

 

I want to thank QVC for offering so many deals this Christmas season. It has really made my Christmas shopping so much easier.

@Kimber74 If the item was purchased as a gift during the holiday return policy (Sep 24th to Dec 22nd) and during some of the holiday promotions that I unfortunately cannot list at this time due to there were several, the item can be returned. If you are unsure if the gift you are returning does not meet our return policy, simply reach out to us with the order number or conact customer service to inquire. We will be happy to let you know if the item is returnable before you attempt to return it.

Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. I really appreciate it. Knowing the September dates was really helpful. I know that there were many other dates that the extended return policy was offered. I really do not want to have to call for every item that needs to be returned. Hopefully I won't have any, but you never know especially at Christmas time. I am handicapped and my granddaughters, ages 13 and 15 will be helping me with my returns. So if you could please check for the other dates I would greatly appreciate it. I am sure that other customers would really like to know as well.  If it involves a lot of time, Then I will completely understand if you really can't. 

 

Just a suggestion going forward:  The days that the Extended Return Policy is offered, maybe something could be printed on the invoice indicating that. 

 

QVC has the best customer service around, as well as the products that you offer.

Besides the September through December dates for our Christmas extended return policy, it will also apply during the Christmas in July (weekend of 21st) as well as the Christmas in August weekend.

@Kimber74  It looks like our Countdown to Christmas in August was 8/25.

Hi there again. You were so gracious to answer my previous questions so promptly and I want you to know that I very much appreciate it. 

 

I have one more question on this topic.  I have relayed to my family members what the return policy and dates (that you provided above) were for Holiday returns and if they have any returns please make sure that I have them back so I can send them back to QVC before January 31st, 2017.   When I give them gifts I always include the receipt or invoice for the item. I do that because I have a very big family and it is hard for me to keep track of everything especially with my disability.  

 

Some of them contacted me regarding items that I purchased on July 17th.  Apparently I wrote on the invoices for item # H208271 - Luminara (4) Flameless Candles with Remotes And Gift Boxes, the following:

1. Today's Special Value 

2. Christmas in July purchase

3. Extended Holiday Return

 

I must have written this so I wouldn't forget. 

 

So do these purchases qualify for the Extended Holiday Return since it was noted Christmas in July?
