Extend 1/31 holiday return date ?

I returned several items on 1/14 and other than the initial tracking scan on that date there's no other info. I hope with so many problems with the mail you will be able to tell the initial return date on the items you receive.  So you know these were holiday return items. Thanks

@meem120 I think all the companies will be doing that, but I would also keep a copy of that tracking info.

@meem120

They will  go by the initial date of the first scan, showing you 'returned it in time', regardless of when they receive it.

As @millieshops suggested, I would also keep that tracking info for proof, if you should need it.

Re: Extend 1/31 holiday return date ?

@meem120 - I sent something back on the 13th and it didn't get updated until this weekend.  And today it's showing that it was delivered back to the returns warehouse on the 25th.

I think you'll be fine; it just seems the updated tracking is lagging behind.

Re: Extend 1/31 holiday return date ?

As others have said, Q doesn't have to receive the item by 1/31, it has to be postmarked by that date.

I returned items (not to QVC) on 12/30 via USPS and finally, as of 1/26, they have moved out of Cleveland where they have sat since 1/5.
