More problems with QVC shipping, I ordered three items on Sunday and paid extra for express shipping. As of today the items are still processing, called and no help at all, can't even cancel them at this point. What a disgrace.

Considering the currently overloaded carriers, I'd say there's no such thing as express shipping right now.  It's just not worth it to pay extra for that IMO.

Then they shouldn't have the option for faster shipping.

Express shipping means just that, it ships faster, but it doesn't mean your order is processed any faster.

Express shipping doesn't kick in until the order actually ships.

Not true at all, I always pay extra for express shipping and get my orders in two days vs the reguar shipping that takes over a week.

Express shipping doesn't make the item process faster...Sorry you're not happy & hope your items ship soon.

Express shipping means just that, SHIPPING. Meaning it gets from point "A" to you faster.

It does NOT mean that it leaves the shelf and is put in to the box any faster.

There is a diffeerence.
