I ordered and received a size 5 ring - exchanged for a size 4 without usin g the Q label - my bad.  The warehouse says it doesn't have the item and I no longer have the slip from thepost office.  Are  there differentprocessing plants for q label and non q label packages.How long before I just give up on it turning up? I tried a live chat but the representative was rude and actually hung up on me.  I just want to understand ythe process before ordering again.

@beth58 I'm really sorry for any inconvenience with your order.  Unfortunately, if the Qreturn label wasn't used and you used your own way of shipping the item to us, we have no way of tracking it.  Since you don't have the slip from the post office, you may want to visit them, tell them the date and perhaps time you mailed your item and maybe they can offer some assistance.  I hope this helps.

I ordered a ring on 2-10-17. Once I received it, which took at least 10 days, I returned it within two days for another one, as I didn't like the stone quality. I just received today, 3-24-17, the new ring. It takes a LONG time, so maybe your ring is still in transit somewhere....I hope you see it soon.
