What the heck? I sent 3 TSV dresses back for exchange from petite to regular/misses size. The return tracking says it was delvered 5/5/17. It's now 5/12 and there is NO UPDATE? No return, no exchange no nothing!

I have found ,over the years I have shopped here,that it is better  to just return your order  for a refund, and reorder what you want  yourself , it  goes a lot  faster that way.

I usually return and repurchase also.  But when you get a good price, it is hard to sacrifice and pay more for the same item.

@MalteseMommaNormally, I would do that, but I didn't want to pay for the shipping bcz the TSV was free shipping and bcz it was a TSV, I'd be paying more per dress.
The other annoying thing is, I ordered all 3 dresses together and Q shipped them in 2 separate packages. I shipped them back all together in one box and I better not get charged twice for the shipping, since they were on 2 separate receipts.
I think from now on, if something isn't just right, I'm going to just retrun it and forget about exchanges or reorders.

@Quse Make sure you check your form of payment to make sure you do not get charged twice for your shipping back to the Q, it has been known to happen!
