I always send my info to QVC Easy Returns

and I always get the item I'm exchanging

They send it out before they even receive the return item

years ago when I would just send an item back and request the exchnage was never made just a refund

I have had wonderful luck with Easy Returns or like another person said contact the Social Team once the item shows tracking that your return is in its back to them

I provide photos showing my order and the tracking
