Exchange OR Refund -- For mods please

I'm confused I ordered #A292261 (on or about 3/1/19) then had to return for size exchange.  

 

On 3/27 I received email exchange would be "delayed" with options to wait or cancel.

 

That day I contacted CS -- she told me my exchange was processed & should arrive by 3/27.  That didn't make any sense.

 

Just wondering am I getting the exchange?  It's not here as yet & I haven't received email notification stating they shipped.

I have had a look at your order and the exchange has just now shipped out. You should probably receive this by the end of the week.
