I ordered a Denim & Co striped T shirt on Jan 31. It left the PA shipping facility well in time to get to me in NYC by the Estimated Delivery Date which was 2/4. It shipped by USPS.
By 2/7 the postal tracking number indicated it had arrived at 15 different USPS locations in the NYC postal network! Not kidding, it was in the Regional Distribution Center three different times and got sent off to post offices for 4 different zip codes (and back to Regional) but never left for delivery in my zip code. I started to seriously doubt I'd see that order.
Imagine my surprise when QVC notified me the package was delivered on Friday 2/7! And USPS tracking agreed! But, In fact, I never saw it and I still haven't. I checked my closest neighbors in houses either side of mine and a couple of neighbors across the street. Nope, no one near me received it in error. Arrived? Where?
I called Customer Service and felt pretty feisty about this thing making 15 stops in the USPS system and ending in a delivery "hoax". I know it wasn't QVC's fault, but meanwhile I was in for several Easy Pays for an item I still didn't have.
i am very grateful that the CS agent at QVC decided to credit me for the first Easy Pay already charged to my master card and cancelled further payments. She was sympathetic and receptive to my frustration and I got nearly immediate confirmation of the refund in my email.
I still maintain the promise I made to the CS agent: if that
t shirt ever shows up I will return it to QVC immediately. If I return it via USPS I can only wonder how many stops it will make and if it ever will actually get back to QVC!
Long live reliable UPS, which never fails to deliver properly. The US post office doesn't have my trust anymore. I decided not to reorder the item. So QVC has lost a sale and the item is missing. But QVC Customer Service has kept me a satisfied customer. Thank you!

@gizmogal Wow! What a journey but glad you got such good CS. I'd bet it was misdelivered and the recipient just said "What the heck" and kept it.

@gizmogal - Having had an order that I placed in November not arrive after 3 weeks, I contacted CS and was given a refund on the basis that it was probably lost.
Imagine my surprise, when about a week later it arrived in perfect condition! I contacted QVC to recharge my CC for the item, as I was happy to keep it.
So, if your T-shirt does arrive (stranger things have happened) and you're happy with it, you could do the same - just get them to reprocess the charge. Saves you returning it, especially if it's something you like.
I know you mentioned that the tracking said it's been delivered, but that could just be a glitch in the system. 10 days isn't that long for a package to be delivered these days.

I have an order that says it was "on its way" on 11/26. And my Order Status still says "Package in transit to UPS facility".
Customer service sent another order and I got it within a week.
No idea whatever happened to the first order.🤷♀️
