Excellent Customer Service QvC

Have been a user of Groupon since it began. There used to be a phone number listed for customer service.

The service was excellent. Then the number had to sought out, no longer found on web site.

They no longer have ANY human cs, not even callbacks.

They no longer have my business.

 

Consistently excellent customer service is the primary reason I shop at QVC.

   I find that companies are making it increasingly more difficult for consumers to call customer service & speak to an actual person!! I hate that.It makes doing business with these companies extremely difficult & frustrating. 

   I am phasing out doing business with these companies. My money 💰, my choice!!
