Something has changed.   I have had to reboot my phone multiple times weekly to get on the forums!

It sounds like a phone problem. 

I recently had to reset my connections to the provider. I would have to do a hard shutdown about once a day to make calls. A 2 minute call to the provider fixed it.

@ECBG   Maybe your phone needs an update in settings? 

I have a work phone that is pretty old and it no longer supports some sites and won't take any more updates.  They've offered to upgrade but then I would have to transition over to a Samsung phone, and I'm used to the Apple, so I'm hoping to keep it until I retire.  I hate having to learn new phone features, ugh.

Im sure no tech expert but what does QVC have to do with your phone malfunction?

Every time something like that happens on my phone or computer, it ends up being a needed update.
