Is there a problem with your certificate for your site? I have attached pictures of the address bar and the explanation of how to interpret the "i"
One explanation tells me my connection is not private.

Hi @LTT1
There have been no reports of an issue with our certificate, but I will forward this information to our IT department just to be sure.

Thank you... another poster was asking why the big warning...
I got this error message a week ago while posting pictures on Google maps! LOL
So there is probably just a glitch but I don't know what this means.

I forwarded your information just in case, but it sounds like it may be a glitch on your computer. Have you tried deleting your cookies and cache?

@Barbara-QVC I'm guessing this might be more of a Chrome glitch issue than anything else.
I use the Chrome browser on my iPad. Starting 4-6 weeks ago, I get similar messages when going to Facebook (and only FB). It keeps telling me that my connection isn't secure and that someone may be trying to "listen in." Every other site is fine, including QVC.
When I use Safari as a browser everything's fine. I can close Chrome and clear cookies & cache multiple times and it still won't connect. Then voila, an hour later it's perfectly fine. My guess is that for me, since I have very slow wifi, Chrome-FB doesn't get a fast enough ping or something.
I live in the country and the houses are far enough apart that no one could try to use anyone else's wifi successfully and strangers driving around looking to connect would stand out like a sore thumb, so I don't believe the message. I think it's some weird Chrome thing that's relatively new.

Hi @Moonchilde
Thanks so much for your input and it sound like you are correct. I heard back from our IT team and they said this message is browser specific. Their recommendation was to update the browser. So I am hoping that when @LTT1 cleared her cookies and cache that it resolved her problem.
Have a great evening!

Sorry to be slow to reply to this, @LTT1. I've been sick, so not reading/posting much. @Barbara-QVC, @Eva-QVC, @Beth-QVC, @Wayne-QVC, @Melvin-QVC, @Kim-QVC, This problem is not browser-specific. I'm using an iMac, so I don't get a Symantec pop-up like @LTT1 posted but on Chrome, Firefox, and Opera I do see the alerts that the site is not secure. I never use IE or Microsoft Edge, so someone else would have to check those.
This has been an ongoing problem for quite a while, and was reported before. In the past it was only happening in the Community Forums. Now we also see a notice that the connection is not secure/encrypted when we are logged into our shopping account. Safari doesn't result in a warning, and this tells me the problem is "cosmetic" (one reason people complain about using Safari is the more stringent certificate and encryption checks it does, and this is a good example of Safari looking past the cosmetic problem). I also ran a couple of quick security checks on the site, and it appears to be secure. But in my opinion, IT needs to look at their code and correct it so that the browsers will display the accurate security information... customers shouldn't be shopping on a site when this warning shows up and then remains after it's been reported.
I use the most current software versions, and I clear cookies/cache/website data on all browsers at least once a day. (Firefox 50.1.0, Chrome 55.0.2883.95, Safari 10.0.2, Opera 42.0, macOS Sierra v. 10.12.2.)

Example when signed into my shopping account using Firefox (identical to the alerts before I sign in and also on the Community, and results are the same with Chrome and Opera.)
