Emeril large Air Fryer

I have called Customer Service as the paint is coming off the basket and the large container is rusting.  They gave me a phone number for the manufacturer and I have left 3 message NO ONE answers the phone.  I spend alot of money on QVC and I need someone to assist

I had exactly the same experience. No response from the manufacturer. I can use the air fryer now because I purchases liners from Amazon to put on top of the basket. Works well and inexpensive. No more Emeril items for me.
