I got an email from QVC saying you can no longer contact customer service by email...anyone else receive that notice?

@Gabidog   If you have a problem with an order, you can email the mods at. qvcsocialteam@qvc.com.  They can resolve CS problems.

Yes got the same. If you have contacted them via email recently they must have sent this out a instead of replying to the emails. This tells me things are worse than I thought.

I did email the social team so are they gone?  It seems as though you can either call or use Facebook which I do not use.

@Gabidog I see they also have a 'chat live; feature,. That might be more immediate than emailing cs.

This might be covid related. I needed to contact Amazon yesterday, they had a similar limited ability to contact their customer service. When I finally spoke with someone she explained it was temporary due to the pandemic.

Yes! This is terrible.  I never received one of the items in my order so I waited online far to long for someone to tell me they sent me an email ltetting me know it has been delayed.  I never got that email .....still!  No email!   Not eve never the second tracking number!!!   No one can confirm where it is.   I want to document this issue because I refuse to pay for an item I haven't received.   Also, of the two scarfs ordered, I only received one.   And the other was still " in Procees"!  I don't want either now (terrible material) but now I will be charged for two. If it ever arrives! QVC customer service has taken a nose dive!   I am also forced to wait again on the customer service line but there are still for 42 people@head of me on the phone.😐
