NO email option NO chat option which looks like is only available if you have fb, twitter, instagram?. I've cancelled my order because I'm not able to connect with QVC. Next if someone could tell me how to delete my account I would appreciate it.

you can email qvcsocialteam@qvc.com

 

you can use facebook messenger for a live chat.

 

there is a "chat live" feature on the qvc homepage.

@mmmmgty  If you're looking for a means to chat with customer service, it is available. Scrolling to the bottom of the page, there is a live chat choice under 'connect with us'. I've used it several times.
