Has anyone had a slower than normal response to their QVCeasyreturns emails?
9 days since one email sent, 7 days for the other and no reply.
Must be because of the 1/31/23 holiday return deadline?

@rockygems123 I'm sure they are inundated due to the 1/31 return deadline. Human nature to wait until the last minute to return.

I used Easy Returns recently, @rockygems123. I sent the email on Jan. 24th and received a reply back seven days later on Jan. 31st. Just my experience.

I'm glad you asked this question because I'm waiting. I'll give it some more time. I hope my item is still available when they get to me for exchange.

My experience with EZ Returns which I have previously posted in a prior thread.....
I used EZ Returns recently and it was an awful experience. It took them over a week to respond to the email about the return. They acknowledged my return and said they refunded me but they never did.
I wrote them back asking them to correct their error and give me the refund they promised, they did not reply. Still no refund either. I wrote to the social team about the problem but was told they could not help me. When the lack of refund and lack of reply from EZ Returns continued to drag on, I wrote to the social team once again. Cindy was kind enough to forward my email about the situation to the finance department who then gave me my member credits refund after about a day or two.
I'll NEVER use EZ Returns again....they are not at conscientious or helpful as the social team. They made what should have been something easy into something that was utterly frustrating. That department is sorely lacking in knowledge, customer service, ability and follow through.

I'm waiting over a week now. I don't have many returns but have used Easy Returns for most; this is the longest I've waited. I've never had a problem with refunds, fyi.

No longer will I use Easy Returns. It took over one month to get my credit when I requested a replacement in a different size. Received an email stating size not available and a credit had been issued. I checked .com and my size/style was in fact in stock. I contacted customer service and they verified and reordered the item for me in my size, did not charge shipping and sold it to me for the original price paid (price has since increased). Also when using easy ship there's no tracking other than when I dropped at my local post office and requested a receipt.

Sent back 2 returns (separately) on 1/28/23. When I log into QVC and go to my orders, it flashes "refunded" real quick under each item I returned and then it disappears. it is 2/16 and still no refund! This is ridiculous. And I'm still paying my installments on my Qcard. I will never do the Easy Return again..

Easy returns not so easy My returned exchange order still lists the item originally order as delivered. Sent all info to agent on Chat and was told item was sold out but nobody sent me any information about this or that order was cancelled and first payment would be credited to my account and future easy pays would be cancelled. Why did I have to do all this work since the post office said package was delivered to QVC March 18th. QVC has alot of problems lately and as a customer since the beginning, I have just about had enough!

response on the QVC EASY RETURNS process as noted on the QVC website usually takes me 4 - 11 days for credit back to my account.
