I contacted Easy Returns 2 weeks ago about a return, giving them the required information.  Never heard back.  I contacted them again a couple of days ago.  Still nothing.  Is anyone else being ignored?

Nope, though some on here insist over and over again that it works for them...I'm with you. It never worked for me, so I stopped doing it. Years ago it worked, but not in the past year or so. I just called customer service and we work through it that way. But you will see, many on here will insist that it works for them in a snap.

Thats the way it is now.   You send it back and wait. The only returns I make are things I do not like.  The free exchange policy is a joke.

So far it has worked for me...except for one item....and I sent another email to them....so I am still hopeful...we shall see.  It was a great idea.

Go to the forum, I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITHOUT A PACKING SLIP…( it’s the one right above this one) and read the long Post I just wrote about the exchange process VIA QVC CSReps! I don’t know if what I have experienced is the same thing as y’all are talking about, BUT I think the QVC CUSTOMER REPS ARE NOT ALL TRAINED THE SAME!! I wrote about my 3 exchange/return experiences just since July 2022. And what I learned. And…the first 2 Exchanges/returns were because I received the WRONG ITEMS to begin with!! have not had a single issue using the qvc easy returns process.

i have received refunds under seven days and sometimes even before i have gotten the package to the post office.

Ditto what @sunshine45  said.

 

I have done exchanges several times and returned 2 defects using the EZ return email.

 

 

Maybe contact the mods that you are not receiving an answer from the EZ returns dept?

 

 

The longest time I have waited for a reply was 2 days.

 

 

Check your email address to make sure you don't have any errors.

@Effie54 Well, I am one of those that it has worked for me every single time. It does baffle me why some have such difficulty while for others it's a snap. Luckily, I'm one of the "snap" customers. I must admit I rarely return anything. I've been shopping with the Q since 1986 and on average I return 2 items a year. Most recently I received the wrong item, I contacted CS and 3 hours later received a response with an apology, QVC is sending me the item I had ordered with expedited shipping. They have always responded in a timely manner and ALWAYS correct the issue. I'm not saying others don't have issues, just wondering why some of us never have problems while others seem to continually have bad experiences with returns. Woman Frustrated

You're lucky. It doesn't work for me.

Actually, this is the first time I have had no response from Easy Returns; I also had great experiences previously.  And I have a low return rate.
