@elated  I haven't seen it either. For me it's easier to choose Easy Pay or one time payment just before checking out.

 

So what you are saying about the green box, does that mean that if you choose either there and wanted to change it another time, do you have to back into Accounts to change it?

@elated I get the same thing you get in your screenshot. I am on a desktop using Chrome. Thanks again for pointing this out.

Just tried again and haven't seen it. I'm on a desktop and using firefox. From your snapshot it seems as if they are trying to make easier for someone who uses Easy Pay only and that's a good idea.

yes, i had problems yesterday with an order and could not figure out how to get the easy pay to "stick." have not had this issue before and i could always manage recently to choose either the full pay or the easy pay during checkout.

 

i did go into the my account tab to check the box for easy pay. will see if that helped when i make my next order.

 

i think this is a new glitch.

Yep, this just happened to me when trying to check out with three items. When I get to the checkout page, I can literally see it change from easy pay to pay in full. Going into my account to make sure the boxes are ticked for easy pay as my preferred option or editing on the checkout page does not fix it. I just chatted with a QVC rep who said this is a known issue that tech support is working on.
