I tried to order the Apple computer TSV. I chose easy pay as my payment choice. The order went through. Moments later I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled because easy pay was denied. I tried later that day with the same results. I have spoken to 4 customer service reps and Synchrony Bank/Q card. The bank reports no issues. QVC said they don't know why. The rejection is automatically generated by their finance department. NO ONE knows why. What the heck? What's the point of having a Q card without easy pay??? Customer service solution was to pay fully, no easy pay. Again what's the point of the card? How can any business change the rules without notifying their customers of the why and how? What if I hadn't checked my email? What's really really frightening is that when I look under orders, someone deleted those orders. I have my emails as proof.... FYI, I have been a customer for over 20+ years. QVC you are going downhill.....

Easy Pay offers are subject to QVC approval based on a number of factors, including item type, price, and payment history. QVC may obtain a consumer report about you from a credit reporting agency and review this report to determine whether you can use Easy Pay. If we decide that you cannot use Easy Pay based on this report, we will notify you and you will be given an opportunity to pay for the item with a single payment. If we obtain a consumer report about you, it will be a "soft inquiry" that should not affect your credit score. I can’t imagine how frustrating it is for you, especially after everyone you’ve contacted and no one can help you. Now what are you supposed to do. I’m very sorry this is happening to you.

True but she is saying that she has spoken with customer service and Synchrony Bank who is the holder of the card. Wouldn't the bank know if there was a problem?

Sorry but that makes no sense. Ironically QVC just raised my credit limit without my requesting them to. So if credit was the issue, why raise my limit?

This sounds a bit questionable.... perhaps there is more to the story than we know ??? ... the item is a high price item & the bank has the right to decline the easy pay credit .... the “ purchaser” can always pay using a one time payment.

This is a personal finance issue. Nobody here can really provide any help. You should try to get a credit report and see what is going on in general.
For some reason, Synchrony bank will not allow you to have the "loan" of easy pay.
Were any of your Q easy payments late or forgotten? Did you move and change addresses so they do not have a credit history yet at your new address? Do you return a lot of items? Have you ever bought an expensive item from QVC before and paid it off?
Have any retailers or others reported you behind on any bills? Did you miss any payments? Are you on time with major bills like mortgage, car payments, etc. (bank reporting). Have you made a lot of big purchases recently and extended all your credit lines?
Please note, I am NOT asking you to answer these questions online. I am just sharing the possible reasons why there may be financial cautions associated with your name.
Yes, technically they can run credit checks on you every time you apply for easy pay. Something made a flag appear for your order.
