Same happened to me on an I Pad today and no one at Qvc can help. I have talked to various people and they cannot give me a reason.

order #
phone # where you can be contacted
tell them you wish to discuss the reasons the order was cancelled
They will call you back to discuss.

I had the same thing happen to me or at JTV and I've been shopping there for years. Never late on any payments anywhere, whether it's my utilities, my mortgage, my car payment, in fact I always pay extra on my house payment, the car payment, I and my husband have excellent credit.
Nope couldn't buy a tanzanite ring on flex pay or whatever they call it, told me to remove the item and I could then pay for it all at once. That's nuts, I have a credit card I use and I have more than enough available funds on it.
so JTV can go jump in the lake, I didn't buy it.
