Re: Easier Customer Service contact Method

Welcome!

Normally, you would have received your package; however, you now know the problems shippers were and are still having.

Yes, a child not receiving a Christmas present is sad.  Hope you had others that could be opened.

@beckiL There's something wrong in your family's life if a few missing gifts "destroys" Christmas. I doubt you know the spirit of Christmas.

Pitiful and sad for your kids to get this message.

@SeaMaiden With all due respect, this "girl" is a woman with children who basically ordered at the last minute. Not the end of the world but to say Christmas was ruined, due to her own inaction, is over the top.

And she was given a way to contact the Social Team.

Any child who felt their Christmas was destroyed is going to have a tough time in life with reality.

Yesterday I just got 4 packages that were in never never land with delivery dates of 12/14.

There is nothing QVC CS could have done!  This was not QVC's fault - packages were piled up all over the country at all shippers due to high volume of packages not enough trucks and employees due to Covid.

@beckiL - as your order was apparently shipped, did you go to the USPS site and fill out a form for a missing package? I believe you can do the same at UPS if that is how your package was shipped.

Once an order is shipped, QVC has no control over the package. This is on the carrier and where you should start.

Re: Easier Customer Service contact Method

There is plenty they could have done, starting with NEVER using USPS during this time of year. They are the most irresponsible shipping organization on the planet. The least QVC should do is give customers the option of shippers.

Re: Easier Customer Service contact Method

Don't be stupid. When a child is expecting something, especially for Christmas, and it doesn't show up, even a week after Christmas, children do have feelings. Apparently you don't have children or shouldn't have if you have that little of feelings for them.

Re: Easier Customer Service contact Method

They did, but this one was special. Can't understand why QVC would even use USPS during Christmas. Add a few dollars for UPS or FedEx, at least they would arrive on time.
