EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !

I ordered the Tolani TSV red abstract XXS and was very excited to get it.   Unfortunately when my order came it was an Isaach top in XL.  Called customer service was told to return and they would send the correct item.  Well I just received the new item today and it is a Tolani kimono, but in the patchwork not the red abstract that I had originally ordered.  Now the item that I originally ordered on the TSV day is sold out and I cannot get it.  How does the company excuse such sloppy work on their part.  To mess up an order once is bad, but twice! Not sure I will order from them again.  There are many places to shop and I don't think this type of service will make me want to give them my business in the future!

Agree it is  frustrating, but cut them some slack - they are probably short staffed.

Highly frustrating, and unnecessary had someone - anyone taken an extra second to look at what they were doing. 

 

But tis true, their mind may be elsewhere and giving them a pass this once just might be a good idea. Q does not often make mistakes like this, really...I've been a way long time customer and can vouch for their pick n ship staff. 

 

You might just want to be mad for a few days, return it and then get over it - in the scheme of things - it's just not enough of a big deal to allow yourself to carry it with you.

 

Let's face it - shopping from home and having it delivered is easy peasy, and so is forgiving the mistake (even if just for this once)...Take it from me a world class grudge holder that finally let go of my trophy.

@Kristy66  I suggest shopping elsewhere...they do not seem to care about fixing much here.  I am surprised people keep shopping here at all.
