I am not having good luck with the exchange program. I have called QVc on two items that were returned more than 2 weeks ago got an rchabgr. CD said the packages were received but nothing had been done. What is the purpose of having a program or offering s service you cannot fulfill

I gave up on the exchange program because QVC never sends  my replacement even when it is available!   And it took weeks to get an item if you got lucky enough to 1. Have it in stock and 2.  Have someone actually read the return form!
