I am 0 for 4 on exchanges since this new program was announced. I get an email saying I'll get the exchange in 7 to 10 days and then the full amount is refunded without notice. I always check availability before asking for an exchange, and all my requests are in stock. I also think QVC should stop the hosts from talking about this.. it amounts to false advertising because it doesn't work.  That's something I think could be reported to the PA Attorney General. I've been able to get customer support to fix one issue but I'm not sure it's worth the aggravation to have to keep bugging them to fix the system. I'm less likely to try anything where I don't know my size so I will be ordering less.
