Who could possibly know when there will be a vaccine or if there never is a vaccine and this is the new normal. In the mean time, nothing is normal.

@ellaphant @hotbuyer I find it strange that anyone would even ask "when will things be back to normal?". Only someone with a crystal ball could answer and that would be a guess. Truthfully, we may never return to what we view as "normal" and may have to adjust to new normals.

I don't think she meant it literally but figuratively. Why do you think you were charged double? Sometimes you will have an easy pay charged when it ships and in the same month you will be charged for the second easy pay. Remember you are charged when it ships not received.

This happened to me a long time ago and I think it was because there were 31 days in that month.

@hotbuyer - You have gotten some good advice here, so I hope that helps you. I'd definitely recommend reaching out to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com to describe your problem—there is a chance they'll be able to help if you can explain the details of your situation, and if things are complicated but they think they can help, they may be able to call you as well.
With regard to your return/exchange note, if your ring doesn't fit, I would try to request an exchange if I were in your place. Aside from the fact that the process is really slow, the only "problem" I've had with exchange requests is when the size/color/style of an item I've requested is not available, and in such cases, I've received a full refund. But most of the time, I've been able to get what I wanted. If you won't be able to wear the ring, it is probably worth taking a chance to try to exchange it; if you use the Q's return label, it won't cost you a dime to make the attempt, and the worst thing that would happen is you would get your money back. ![]()

Just spoke with a friend of mine who had a problem with double billing, but hers involved Auto Delivery that had four Easy Pays. So the 4th Easy Pay of the first delivery became due around the same time she was about to pay the first Easy Pay installment of the second shipment.
Maybe in the OP´s case, the Computer went crazy.

I don't agree that all companies are experiencing delays. Order something from Nordstrom, Amazon or Land's End and you will have it in days.
And QVC uses the cheapest, slowest shipping method and charges you for it.
Just chatted with a rep about my July 8 order of the Lock and Lock TSV that STILL hasn't shipped and he could give me no date when that might happen. Oh, and I can't cancel since it is "in process."
Is anyone at QVC listening?

OnefineDay - Sounds like you either own a huge amount of stock in QVC or work for them! Take your snarky solutions somewhere else. A lot of us are very mad about the horrible lack of customer service which is one of the letters in QVC - C being customer service! We have a right to be mad and frustrated.
