Recieved the Dyson TP102 Cool Link Air Purifier —A Today’s Specisl Value. Which arived in record time, July 22nd; I'm happy about that. I gifted it to my daughter and the remote doesn't work. She set up her phone to work with the air purfier in the meanwhile. We really need a working remote... can we get just the remote replaced?

You will probably have to send the entire unit back to QVC and reorder.   That model is at least 5 years old and is discontinued.  It's not offered on the Dyson website.
