I did an online search but did not come up with any place that sells the Duraflame remotes by themselves.

Are you able to direct me to a website or number where I can purchase replacements?

@Rockymax, Sorry, I tried to get @flickerbulb's attention, but no reply yet ... perhaps in the next day or so.  (4/24 - 9:20 p.m. PST)

We contacted the company directly via email. They were very helpful, responded to my email question the next day with a phone call from an actual person, took our information and sent us the correct remote within a few days. There was no charge for the remote itself, just a shipping charge of $17. I was very happy with their excellent customer service. It is so rare these days!
