I have been waiting for auto delivery from Dr. Sobel's product line since beginning of February. As usual, QVC notes backorder but won't follow up on what has happened or if they will get any stock to fulfill backorders. What is the point of having Auto Delivery when QVC does not follow up and alert customer that it is being, at least, reviewed? Initial presentation was August with a 120 day auto delivery....and they can't even fulfill that.

@Hoping for the best I certainly have no idea why your AD is not being fulfilled, but you say "as usual" which implies that happens more than it doesn't.
I have 4 currently active AD's, all of which have so far met their refill dates. Based on my experience I would tell someone the usual is that they will get what they ordered.
