I have a suggestion that will save QVC the cost and hassle of getting thousands of returns on the Dooney TSV today.

I, and many other Forum participants, have noticed that the yellow TSV handbag’s fabric is so thin that the striped lining shows right through. This is a major fail for Dooney.

I think you should remove the yellow option from the color choices that are being offered, and return them to the manufacturer as defective, before you have a situation of a large number of upset customers.

IMO they are not defective just light colors that darker colors show through.  Some buyers will care others wont, but I think it should be mentioned in the presentations.

I agree with Imaoldhippie. I suspect that all the colors are of equal thickness but the lining shows through the lighter colors moreso than the darker colors.

It has long been very apparent that, at times, Dooney does a line just for QVC and the quality is not there.

Is this bag exclusive to Q? If so, the nylon may be of lesser quality than Dooney’s standard bags. I’ve owned Dooneys in past, but have never liked the Q exclusives. I still use my 2 favorite nylon Dooneys, the cross body duffles, in both black and yellow. Lining does not show through on yellow because nylon is thick and plush. I can buy thin nylon bags at my local Target. TSV does not seem a good investment to me at all.
