There's a message in one my orders for me to contact customer service. I've waited on the phone twice, 1/2 hour each, no answer. I've tried the live chat twice, and each time it sits blank for a while, then goes right to my customer service survey. Customer service does not seem to exist right now. Is anyone else having problems?

I've not tried to contact them but I think I've experienced that message when an item is sold out.
I also think there may be fewer and fewer customer service reps.

I always call customer service. But I do it during the week and never on Monday morning.
I use the old number (1-800-367-9444), not the number given on the website. I rarely have much of a wait.

@AddictedtoQ Try emailing QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. I am sure they will help you.

I had that on one of my orders the other day, waited on the phone for customer service for over 50 minutes. Finally someone came on the phone and was told it had something to do with me using my QVC card, she said it was some kind of clutch on their end and not to worry as my order was fine. The next day the " contact CS " was gone and my order is fine.
