Help Beth.....I just received my Cuddle Dud item and now I see another one in process.  Could you please stop this from shipping so that I will not have to send it back.  This is really getting crazy!!!

For a lot of reasons I have stopped shopping at QVC this is one of the reasons.I think a return is pretty cut and dry and should not be confused with anything else. I think the CS team or whatever they call themselves need more instruction. The CS is terrible at QVC.
