Disappearing Orders

I ordered a food item in June to be delivered on 12/4. It was from Goo Goo Clusters. I never thought to write down the order number because it was always in my order status. Today I looked and it was gone. I searched order status, advanced and waitlist-- nothing. I sent an email to the social team but so far no response. I just don't get it.

Hopefully, it can be found. If not, I have learned a lesson. Has this happened to anyone else? Just curious

Scroll back to the order status date in June to see if it is there. Once they ship an item it moves out of advance orders and back to the original order date. The other option is to check your cancelled orders to see if it was cancelled.

You should have received a confirmation email on the date you ordered the candy, so if you can find that, then you will have the order number.

This doesn't help you now but I always do a screen shot of my invoice just in case I accidentally delete the email or I have a future issue.

I tried everything but it just disappeared. My email goes back to July. I am just out of luck.Thank you for your help.

Thank you. I found the order..For a minute, I thought I was loosing my mind.
