Did they do away with chatting with a CS rep online?

I have been trying all day and it isn't working.

I did a live chat yesterday that lasted for a few minutes with no problem and my questions/concerns were in my favor to boot, all was good.

Hi Alice!  My problem was solved.   I know I can call, but was just curious if you did away with the online chat as I could not get on it that day.  Thanks for reaching out!

@RealtyGal2  I know that.  I was just curious why I could not get it that day, and thought maybe they stopped it.

I was unable to get chat to work the other day either.  It came up, but when I tried to use it nobody showed up.
