I have a voip phone and sometimes the CID doesn't show a name but just a number. It's weird.

When I received the call, the number shown on CID was 800-367-9444, which is their CS number. "QVC" wasn't included. I answered because I know the number by heart.

I did not get a call, but I am glad you said that QVC shows up on the caller ID because I always block calls that don't show a name.   Thanks for the information......

CalmInHeart nailed it.  She's pretty much the only one that did.  This is why scammers are so successful.

If anyone gets a phone call saying that they are a company, hang up and CALL that company yourself and ask.  Wow, I thought everyone knew that.
