Did anyone receive a phone call from Customer Service?

I received a call tonight from Q customer service saying they were calling customers wanting to know if there was anything they could do to improve their service. I played along, but the more I think about it, it was strange. Customer Service can you confirm this was really you calling...thanks.

I got one also, last Friday.  I said I have no issues with CS. However......

 

My issue is with on-air personalities.  The only time they mention Shipping and Handling is when it is FREE.  Other than FREE they never mention Shipping and Handling and it can be very costly.

 

I know it's what the powers that be want.  I just think it's wrong.

No, havent heard of such calls but its entirely possible.  Why would anyone other than QVC call and ask such questions?  How would any other entity get your phone number plus know you were a qvc customer?

Not long ago there was a lost package. So if someone opened it they would have seen my name, which isn't  common at all. So it would be easy to find my phone number and other information on the internet.

I just wanted to know for piece of mind.

@SugarGlider  Yes, I received a call about 2PM today because I had lousy customer service and told them so in an email. I also mentioned their lax customer service. 

 

I was also sent an email earlier this morning telling me not to send duplicate emails about the same item. They said it takes 5 to 7 days but it was already day 14. That's when I decide to send a second email.  

 

I told them I would continue to send additional inquiries  about future purchases if I don't hear from them in a timely fashion, regardless of what they request.

 

Within a few hours, someone called me and left a message of apology, and told me to reorder the item without new shipping charges. I decided I would not.

Maybe I did get a call but I didn't recognize the number so I blocked it. Oh well.

No.  But it sounds legit.  I received a similar call a few months ago from Shoplc.

i pretty much never answer the phone if i do not know the number.

@SugarGlider  Yes, I got a phone call last week. The caller ID said QVC. That is the only reason I picked it up.

 

I was asked about customer service and I said that in over 30 years of shopping, IF I had a problem, that it was taken care of quickly.

 

The woman then asked if I had anything that I wanted to add and I said more variety of products would be nice.

 

So, I believe that your call was totally legit.Woman Happy
