Did I Receive A Returned Sweater???

This has never happened to me before.  I purchased a LOGO cardigan on the QVC Sponsored site that came across my FB feed.  I received the sweater yesterday, and the outside of the package had a sticker that said REJECT.  Hmm.  The sweater inside was unbuttoned and one cuff was turned up.  Granted, it was packaged neatly (though very creased due to shipping), but I'm wondering if the sponsored site sells returned items.  Can you please tell me if this is so?  Also, what's with REJECT being on the package?  

 

I ended up returning the sweater for a smaller size but hope I get a new one.
