I got an email from QVC which is good for only 4 days. Problem is, they never applied it to my account. I chatted and called, they said it would be applied, but so far, nothing. I'm frustrated that they would send this email when there doesn't seem to be any credit. Did this happen to anyone else?

Didn't get it, but that's okay because I wouldn't use it - nothing on my mind to buy right now. Hope people who get it can use it - that helps both sides of the deal, making it my kind of deal.

This is why I do online shopping over the phone. Credits are applied immediatly & confirmed by the CR as well as an email before I even hang up the phone.

helped me with membership credits yesterday.
i forwarded her my email that i received and she investigated.
she promptly put the membership credits onto my account to use.
maybe she or one of theo ther mods can help?
email qvcsocialteam@qvc.com is a good way to get in touch with them also.

Didn't get it and not going on a hunger strike waiting for it... As far as it not being applied... shades of the old Easy Pay cards, that one often had to 'cash in' by calling CS, because they didn't show up on your account...

I got the $5 credit, but there is nothing that I need from QVC.

Thanks, everyone. I chatted and called this morning, but nothing changed. I took the advice of some of you to place the order by phone and he immediately put it on my account. I guess the other two CS Reps weren't seasonsed!
