Design Contest ~ number of entries permitted. Pls. help with clarification. :)

Could someone clarify how many entries are allowed per person for the current Design Contest?  The Official Rules state that "multiple entries are permitted, but each one must comply with all of the requirements specified in these rules."  However on the video that is running to promote the Contest on QVC the voiceover states "one entry per contestant."  

 

Sorry to bother you, but don't know where else to ask.
