Delivery time is a problem again.

I ordered 5 things - different departments- on the 28th- that was 7 days ago. None of them have shipped yet. One of them even shows an expected delivery date of today-and yet it still has not shipped. And then, if something is coming through the postal service, I can add at least 5 more days.

Delivery problems have never stopped for me. I was finally able to cancel two orders that have been inprocess since August 24.

I agree but I felt like I saw a "slight" improvement a month or so ago but not so now. I don't understand why things sit for a week or more before they are shipped.
