Delivered to wrong address even after contacting QVC

[ Edited ]

We ordered a New York Cheesecake carrot cake topping for the holidays. I went online for the order and had to re-enter all of my information, including my new address and billing address, and reset my password. Where did the delivery go? To my old address by the shipping statement I received from UPS.  Did they have the correct card and billing address, yes of course they did.  I contacted customer service, I believe it was Brittany on the chat, and explained the situation and what had happened.  We text chatted back and forth with her taking my new information and sending me a replacement at no charge. Hurray! or so I thought. I verified with her that she my address was correct and the cheesecake would arrive before Thanksgiving. Low and behold, yesterday, I received notifiction from QVC and UPS that my package would arrive shortly.  Where?  I bet you can guess. Yep, again to my old adress. Those people have now received two holiday cheesecakes free of charge and I have not one.  I contacted QVC a second time and was offered a refund. After refusing the refund and asking for a supervisor I did receive a call back 5 hours later. I decided the headache was not worth it and cancelled the order and took the refund. Use QVC again?  Not likely at this point in time.

Have you updated your address on your credit card?

Did you update your address on Q's website?  If you have a UPS or FedEx account, update your address there too. Does USPS have an address change on file?

I would never rely on someone I talk to for an address update without checking my account right after.
