December advanced orders processing?

I suppose I should have asked first before cancelling. I had 3 items on advance order due to go out in December. Today, I saw them processing. I cancelled them because I wasn't sure what was happening. I didn't expect them to start processing almost 3 months in advance.

Hi @Dcole3 I'm sorry for any confusion. If you have advanced orders, they should not ship until the scheduled shipdate. If you would like to reinstate the orders, please forward your account information to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.
