I don't think anyone knows of this problem or knows how to fix it. I'm feeling unloved and unlistened to. I'm sure you monitors feel the same way. Is there someone we should call and speak with?

Yesterday it was happening on my ipad, laptop and office computer. Today it's just my laptop. No problem with the office computer. For a company that spends a lot of time telling it's viewers to go to the website, you'd think they'd have one that works properly.

If you are referring to the most recent systems issue "Request Entity To Large", we are aware that this issue exist and we have been assure that our service desk team is activity working to correct the issue.

@Love my grandkidsi don’t get unloved either but the problem is annoying.I noticed posters are missing so maybe they just gave up.
