I agree with all the unhappy customers here. I have placed my last order with QVC for the time being. I have been very happy with the items I've gotten over the years so I dont care to permanently deprive myself of the merchandise I enjoy. But QVC is clearly overwhelmed at the moment and struggling to provide even the most basic of services.

Sad to say because I loved QVC. I must admit that I have had to do exchanges because their size chart was not correct. Also even when ordering two of an item in the exact size & color one fits & the other doesn't. It wouldn't be so bad if the items were available when the return is processed but it's not. This was well before Covid! I used to depend on the specific garments measurments.
