DIDN"T RECEIVE PACKAGE

I ordered two sets of the Jockey TSV's.  One set came a couple of days ago.  I received an email from QVC stating the other set has been delayed but to expect delivery about 5/29/2020.  However, I just went to my account and it says that it's been delivered today but I did not receive it.  No packages arrived today and our USPS mail has already been delivered.  Please advice.

P.S.  I know I have to at least return the first set because it's too small but there was no return label or receipt in the bag.
