What’s with customer service. Calling and waiting over 20 minutes multiple times and no one answers to see where multiple shipments are that are 10 days . Service is not up to par

Try this.............call order entry number 1-800-345-1515 - get a live person and ask for customer service. They pick up in 3 seconds. Should you first get the automated (chip lady) asking for your order number........press zero and get a live person that way. Then politely say you need to talk to cs. Has worked for me all these years.

There are OTHER customers. You have to wait your turn. There are major weather issues going on right now also which may be affecting things.

@caccc - One other route you could try is sending an email about your orders to the fantastic QVC Social Team; they always respond quickly and are very effective in resolving issues: qvcsocialteam@qvc.com

You might want to do live chat. I have a return that is sitting in Ontario since 7-9. I decided to do a live chat worked great she asked the order number researched stated since I wanted to exchange she would process and send the proper size live chat was fast

Two days ago I had a problem and needed to talk to Customer Service. Both times, I was on hold with that awful loud music and that lady constantly talking in my ear for 25 minutes. No one ever answered and I hung up. I called 1-800-367-9444 and 1-800-345-1515. I'm still livid.
