Non existent customer service. What happened here? QVC CS was excellent now non existent. Live chat never available and no one wants to answer the phone anymore. So annoying and now not buying

I've had to call customer service a few times in recent weeks due to a couple of shipping problems. In all three cases, credit had to be issued. I had nothing but stellar service from all the C/S people I spoke to. And no problems with the phones getting answered. That being said....I do not try to reach C/S on free shipping days.

@Heidi990. Why don't you try calling on a day when they're not frantically busy because they have free shipping? Everyone will have a problem today they need to discuss with CS.

I don't think you really believe the reps are just sitting around doing other things while the phones ring off the hook. Trust me they are working their tails off. This is a free shipping day and the phones are extremely busy. You can be sure they have an office full of people working overtime trying to answer those calls as fast as they can.

I have always gotten the best customer service from QVC. They have always been helpful and resolved my issues very fast.

I am a long time shopper here. Spent quite a bit. I had an incident with Customer Service that was Beyond Belief - but did not want to waste my time writing to the President of QVC. Yes, it was that bad, I was insulted beyond belief. So when someone complains, believe them. A variation of Maya's quite. And yes, it has affected my view and my buying. It was an assault on my character, and not overturned by the supervisor at first.

I disagree- I just spoke to someone (easily, using the phone prompts) yesterday. They were kind and helpful.
Honestly, I have never had a bad experience calling Q customer service-

I had an issues a few days ago.
The customer service rep was understanding and she took care of the issue.
She was very helpful.

I had an issue three days ago. I emailed customer service, and they responded and resolved my issue within 10 minutes.
That was just my latest experience. In my opinion, QVC has the best customer service compared to most any retail business, in any genre, out there.
