My last photo taken from my phone was 2 hours 27 minutes and 2 seconds. Seems they should have come back to give an option to call back within that time. Put that call on hold several times to try and get through, on try eight, was called back in 3 minutes. I’ve been with QVC since QBird. I didn’t get angry or take out my frustrations on the rep, but they definitely need to hire more people. Felt like I was lost in the twilight zone. I may be retired but really don’t have that kind of time to spare. My phone only get reception outside and it was raining today. How ignorant I am to hold that long.

That is so weird to me.  I have never had to hold more than 5 minutes.  I go through the prompts until I get to the part to get a customer service rep and haven't had this problem.  I have no idea why someone would have this long wait.  Btw I call the telephone number at the bottom of the main page.  Sorry this happened to you.

@Terese1 i work in a customer service dept and frankly, i would not have blamed you for being rippin' mad and yelling at me to answer your hold 2.5 hours later. Im surprised their system doesnt disconnect after a certain amount of time. 

 

And frankly i would not have held longer than 15 min. But not even 2 min if i was outside in the rain?

 

I sure hope your issues was resolved.

@Terese1. If I needed to talk to CS  about something that wasn't absolutely urgent, I wouldn't call on a week-end.  Call early on a week day.  I always get through immediately when I do that.

When they have free shipping, there always seem to have problems thus the long waits.  However your wait was just a tad too long.  Sorry for you.

I wouldn't have waited on hold for 2.5 hours in the rain. I wonder why you didn't send an email to QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. My experience with them have been very quick to respond. You waited in the rain, I am surprised you didn't get sick
